After a completed sale and payment, 20% of the selling price is deducted as the consignment commission. Confirm settlement arrangements before consigning.
What can you consign?
- Consignment accepts genuine items. Items with authentication doubts are not eligible. Contact the team to confirm acceptance conditions.
- This includes missing logos, origin, serial numbers or authentication points; missing parts; a damaged or torn body; usability issues; non-original hardware; and ageing.
- Items with excessive flaws or significant signs of use are not accepted. Ask whether bag spa or repairs could bring your piece to the accepted condition.
- Care enquiries can include colour fading, leather replacement and cleaning.

How long will an item be displayed?
Confirm the display period with the team before consigning. Discuss continued consignment or collection arrangements for an unsold item.
How long does a sale take?
Timing depends on the item, market demand and price. Discuss your piece and expectations with the team.
How are proceeds paid?
After a completed sale and payment, the 20% consignment commission is deducted. Confirm the settlement method before consigning.
What if an item remains unsold?
