The fee for consigning products is calculated based on a fixed percentage of the selling price:
- Hermès, LV, Chanel: 15%
- Other brands: 20%
Each product will be displayed for a period of three months. If the item remains unsold after three months, the seller can choose to retrieve it or continue consigning it.
The sales cycle depends on various factors, including the type of item, market demand, and pricing. More than half of the items are typically sold within 30 days of being listed, but the specific timing may vary depending on the circumstances.
Once your item is successfully sold and the buyer completes full payment, we will deduct the corresponding service fees and transfer the balance to you via bank transfer or TNG payment.”
Yes, you can withdraw your consignment at any time. You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.
